Our services
We provide design and creative, web and app development, e-commerce and digital platforms, custom software, AI and automation, and growth marketing services. Scope, timelines and pricing vary by project.
Project agreements
Before work begins we agree in writing on scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms and what we need from you. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content, access and feedback on time. Delays on your side may move deadlines.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final approved deliverables passes to you once paid in full, as set out in your project agreement. Egoryx keeps its internal tools, processes, reusable libraries and unused concepts.
Results
We follow industry best practice, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales or ad performance, which depend on many factors outside our control.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential, except where you authorize disclosure or the law requires it.
Using this website
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its content or introduce malicious code.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Egoryx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
